Dedicated to the winery founder Arturo, the traditional production method of Casa Bersano is obtained by Metodo Talento that is now the Italian excellence in the production of sparkling wines. Clear-cut characteristics as results of the most traditional classical production, combined with the selection of the vineyards ??based on the terroir, from exposure to altitude and the type of land.

CLASSIC METHOD VINIFICATION WITH FERMENTATION IN THE BOTTLE AND MATURATION ON YEASTS FOR MINIMUM 15 MONTHS

Service mode and food pairings

How to serve: large white-wine glasses
Serving Temperature: 6/8°.
Pairings: As an aperitif and through all the meal. To be drunk in special occasions and add touches of festive spirit to the toasting.
Size  75 cl., 150 cl.

Organoleptic notes

Colour: straw yellow with golden hues.
Perlage: fine and persistent, typical of the sparkling wines produced with Metodo Talento.
Bouquet:  Characteristic aroma of bread crust, complex bouquet with hints of vanilla and white peach.
Taste:  sapid and well-balanced, fine and with great aromatic persistence.
