Obtained from same Pinot Noir grapes of the Arturo Brut and vinified in rosé. Selection of the vineyards based on the terroir, from exposure to altitude and the type of land.

Service mode and food pairings

How to serve: large white-wine glasses
Serving Temperature: 6/8°.
Pairings: Perfect as aperitif, great all through the meal, enhance the taste of shellfishes and Parmesan and medium cheeses.

Organoleptic notes

Colour: Delicate salmon pink, bright and crystal clear with light copper hues.
Perlage: fine and persistent.
Bouquet: Fresh and elegant, delicate, complex  and characteristic of bread crust with delicate notes of vanilla.
Taste: Fine and well-balanced with long aromatic persistence.
