A special sweet wine. Asti Spumante is considered “The aromatic wine” par excellence. His aroma complexity and natural sweetness together with a moderate alcohol content make the Asti a unique wine in the world. There are many factors that contribute to “build” the uniqueness of Asti DOCG: climate, soil composition, exposure of the vineyards, the health of the grapes, the techniques of cultivation and harvesting, even the vintner makes the difference. History and tradition together with a great commitment of all producers have made the Asti DOCG a wine in great demand.

Service mode and food pairings

How to serve: dessert wine glass or flûte.
Serving temperature: 6/8°.
Pairings: Ideal with all dry and fresh pastries, fresh fruits and peaches. Great with Parmeasan cheese. Today much appreciated by new millennial wine drinkers the pairing of Asti with savoury and spicy dishes and in the preparation of trendy cocktails.

Organoleptic notes

Colour: A straw yellow wine with golden hues, it presents a delicate and persistent perlage.
Bouquet:  Fine, typically aromatic, with notes of citrus and sage; an intense and long finish.
Taste: Fresh and fragrant, with hints of peach, apricot and citron.
