Arturo Bersano is considered one of the Father of Brachetto as testify  some bottles of vintage 1957, jealously guarded in the historical cellar of the winery. A smart intuition of Arturo who understood the great potentialities of this aromatic sweet wine, with a low alcohol content and a unique charming bouquet of open rose.

How to serve: dessert wine glass.
Serving temperature: 6/8°.
Pairings: Dry pastries, excellent with strawberries, chocolate, and tropical fruits. Today much appreciated by new millennial wine drinkers the pairing of Brachetto with savoury and spicy dishes and in the preparation of trendy cocktails.
Ready to drink.

Organoleptic notes

Colour:  Ruby red colour tending to garnet.
Fine and delicate effervescence.
Bouquet:  Pleasant musky bouquet enhanced by a dominant note of budding rose and a clear aftertaste reminding its variety aroma.
Taste:  The sweet note rapidly dissipates, avoiding the cloying sensation often created by other dessert wines.
