How to serve it: flûte  or “bordeaux” wine glass
Serving temperature: 6/8°.
Pairings: Great as aperitif, it can be consumed with small foie gras toast sand fine smoked duck filets. It is also perfect as accompaniment to fishes or game birds with a delicate sauce.

Organoleptic notes

Colour: An intense, straw yellow, golden colour, bright and perfectly transparent, with a light bronze hue. Beautiful perlage, nicely and persistent.
Bouquet: Fine and delicate, the nose has generous aroma of fruits and particularly quince and currants, also with a very fine nuance of liquorice.
Taste:The start is full of delicacy and freshness. The mouth has a delicious finish, long and persistent, with pastry aromas reminding of such specific taste as “crème caramel”.
