Dolcetto is an ancient vine that has a great tradition in the Piedmont region. Strongly influenced by areas of origin, it expresses unique characteristics and typical of the area especially when it is cultivated nearby Alba.

Service mode and food pairings

How to serve: red wine glass.
Serving Temperature: 16/18°.
Pairings: Elegant and excellent all through the meal, with white and red meat, cheeses.
Ready to drink.

Organoleptic notes

Colour:  Bright ruby red colour with brilliant violet hues.
Bouquet:  A fruity bouquet of blueberries and raspberries with a balsamic layer.
Taste:  The palate is harmonic and fresh with a slight herbaceous pleasantly bitter note.
