This sparkling wine of great tradition has more than a century of history and is the result of Pinot Noir. This grape found in the area of Oltrepò Pavese a land very suited to its cultivation.
The froth process with a second fermentation on the lees for a period of 6 months, is made ??in our cellars in order to maximize the flavours and aromas making it an historic sparkling wine of Casa Bersano.
